Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, distance education system started to be implemented, through which –personal data -that is evaluated as biometric data such as voice and image- are processed. This process should be carried out according to the conditions specified in the Law on Protection of Personal Data(Law).
Likewise, those who use foreign software to provide distance education services are also obliged to take necessary precautions considering the conditions of transferring the data abroad within the scope of the Law.
